The Japanese JASO Fx specification refers to the passing of four bench tests in order to evaluate the lubricating, detergent, anti-smoke and anti-deposit power. The FD level, the highest of the JASO specification, guarantees greater cleaning power, for perfect cleaning of the engine, compared to that relating to the JASO FC specification.
